Vicar Leads the Way for Fundraising

Revd Mark Hayton is joined by two of his parishioners for the fun walk round Fleet

Rev Mark Hayton usually takes just a short stroll from home to All Saints Church but this Saturday (28th April) he did an 8.2 mile loop round Fleet to lead the way in fundraising for the rebuild of All Saints Church which was destroyed by fire in 2015.
Rev Hayton said before the event “We’ve just started publicising the plans for the rebuild and this is the perfect time to start the fundraising in earnest. Vicars are known for talking the talk but this time I’m going to walk the walk and encourage everyone to do their bit to bring this building back to life. These few steps are only part of the long journey we’ve already been on to get to this point and we look forward to making more visible progress in the coming months.”
Hundreds of pounds have already been raised through sponsorship (online & offline) but you can still donate for this event until 10th May through the button below.
